The Zambia Premier League (ZPL), commonly referred to as the Zambia Super League, is the top-tier professional football league in Zambia and remains the backbone of the country’s domestic football structure. The 2025–2026 Zambia Super League season runs from August 2025 to May 2026 and features 18 clubs competing for national supremacy. Teams contest the league in a double round-robin format, meaning each club plays every other team twice — home and away — over the course of the season.

The club that finishes top of the league table is crowned Zambia Premier League champions and earns qualification to the CAF Champions League, Africa’s elite club competition.
